In her graduate role, she was responsible for the day-to-day HR functions while coordinating and administering HR plans, policies, and functions, especially workplace health and safety legislative requirements.

Chenoa’s dedication to quality, talent development, and transforming GB into an ‘employer of choice’ saw her rise through the ranks. Chenoa was promoted to the international position of Global VP of Human Resources in 2018. She is now responsible for setting the strategic direction of GB’s HR, talent development, and health and well-being functions. Her focus is strengthening our people’s performance capability to align strongly with our business strategy and objectives.
